It really opened my eyes about systematic cheating and how the cheaters are able to equivocate and, most of the time, pass drug tests. Armstrong's trainer even had an inside guy who would tip him off about new types of drug tests coming out. I highly recommend watching for anyone who wants to give guys who have been busted the benefit of the doubt. A glimpse into the underworld shows why cheating athletes do what they do and why they find it so easy to lie.

nooooooo

the ufc is full of angels
and lorenzo and dana were innocent too

UFC > Pride. in corruption

I watched it yesterday. Cycling is crazy as far as doping goes...but every sport has tons of people using. Eg. the NFL ... literally every one of those dudes has done something at some point.

Armstrong would run through James Vick. The chin, the nose the look in his eyes. The altitude training.

If you want a good read, check out Game of Shadows.

It was written before the Armstrong scandal, but it talks a lot about the pressures to conform by cheating endured by athletes in track & field and baseball.

Dude, he came clean to Oprah, that’s all that matters

roid use is widespread, it's fucking everywhere. especially combat sports, one of the most demanding sports on the planet. I read someone got busted in the fucking Curling team during the current Olympics. Curling! That should tell you all you need to know about how common PED usage is. it is necessary at a professional level, plain and simple.

Its the main reason I have given up on caring bout its taint on the sport. The industry is polluted with it and there are so many outrageous methods these days there is no way to level the field.

I agree completely. It is a necessary evil in pro sports. So many MMA fans are naive. How many guys do you need to come out and say it. They're all on something illegal. It's not even cheating at this point. It's a necessity and I have no problem with it

Armstrong was on a level playing field, didn't they have to go down to something like 18th place to find a guy who hasn't tested positive for something on the Tour?

I bet Jon Jones could tell us a bit about the subject.

It never ceases to amaze me on how many here on Sherdog believe the tainted supplement nonsense. Cheating is prevalent in the UFC, when guys test positive, they are guilty.
