Any updates from his arrests

Was he pulled from his fight?

According to the last statement I read, the fight is still on.

"Brandon Barnett, Neal's attorney, told ESPN that Neal volunteered for a blood test when he was arrested and his team believes those results will prove that Neal was not over the blood-alcohol legal limit of 0.08%. There will not be a case file produced against Neal until those results come back, Barnett said.

As far as the weapon's charge, Barnett said Neal had a legally licensed gun in his car and that charge only exists because it is illegal to have a firearm in your possession while you allegedly commit a crime. If Neal's blood-alcohol level is below 0.08%, the weapon charge would be dropped as well, Barnett said.

"If it turns out he was not legally intoxicated -- which we expect the blood test will show -- there won't be a gun charge, either," Barnett said."

he probably wasn't drunk something cops are doing now is accusing of dui and then drug testing at the station. the thing is if you smoked weed or did something illegal the night before you were driving or even a few days before they can still pop you for a dui. people with little income can barely fight it if at all so they just plead guilty to something they didn't do the court and the police make money. seen it happen already to a few people who hadn't smoked in a few days saw it happen to someone who drank a lot the night before and slept 8 hours and was pulled over and dui.

Thanks for the update.

Hopefully his blood test comes back clean. Nothing against Neal, but if his back is against the wall especially with his job, he might say anything to prolong the findings.

What if it’s over .08?

Then he probably gets his drivers license suspended and has to pay a fine or go to some classes or some shit.

I hope he puts Santiago to sleep and gets the charges dropped.

I am under the impression that if he is over the limit then there would be a firearm charge added as well. I don't know the laws there but I'm not sure if one is allowed to be in possession of a firearm if said person is intoxicated. I don't know?

I just guessing that they won't try to make a big deal of the gun charge because it was licensed and because of the associated crime. I wouldn't be saying the same thing if it was a violent crime or maybe drugs or something. Maybe the DA is a factor too?

Misdemeanor.I can't see why UFC would cancel fight. Personally i say cut his ass, but i am just bias because i dont like him for some reason. Can't put my finger on why. Maybe i just dont like his name. But fuck'im.
Name reminds me of that butler from some tv show.

Also anyone seen Ryan Hall? He hasn't gotten arrested, he's just liable to pull out last minute.
