I think we sorta agree, but the way you argue is.....confusing.
Yes, it would be best if we could stop all doping.
Yes, there are people from all countries that dope.
Yes, there are corruption in the system and some fighters are not punished as they should be.
The one point where you are wrong is about Russia (and china). You have to understand that there is a difference between individual fighters doping, and STATE SPONSORED doping programs. Programs that started doping athletes from they were children. And those programs, just to make it 100% clear, were implemented by the russian government. This has been proven.
You are comparing apples to oranges. And the way you argue makes it sound like you are defending Russia, or trying to make it seem like they werent that bad.
They were.
And it has gotten better, but doping is still going on in Russia on a scale not seen anywhere else but China. Russias sports ministre has admitted it, and said he would try to fight against children getting doped.
Edit: and yes, Islam is a cheater I would agree. And he is "Russian" as Dagestan is a republic of Russia. The state sponsored doping went on there too.
