I just recently watched this fight and I thought Anderson Silva should have won. He did more damage. I think he landed more significant strikes.

What do you guys think?

Anderson did do more damage. TBH though he lost because he stopped fighting after he dropped Bisping with that flying knee. If he had kept going Herb stops it. It was a weird deal the way that went down

Bisping did I watched it when the decision was read.

Love Anderson. One of the greatest. But I thought Bisping did enough to get the win. But that knee , damn.

Bispings clearly won 3 rounds to 2.

Anderson landed cleaner. Bisping pressured better.

Bell rung

Bisping imo, Anderson made the mistake of not finishing and Bisping came back strong. Bispings fault for talking to herb when Anderson kneed him, although I would have preferred some stronger sportsmanship from Anderson.

Bisping out-hustled him.

Anderson landed the bigger strikes and did more damage, but there were periods when he just stood back and did virtually nothing, while Mike remained busy.

It was a close fight in the end, but Bisping narrowly edged it out,

Bisping won, he wanted it more & showed heart.
Anderson wanted to show some matrix stuff but Bisping's pressure was in the way. He was frustrated at that.

Bisping won.

People seem to think the UFC goes by Pride rules, for whatever reason.

Voted Draw. But according to the judges Bisping won

That was his own doing. He obviously still hasn't learned his lesson after all the showboating he did against Weedman ;) Like you said, if he had jumped on Bitchsping after the knee, Herb would've stopped the fight. Their fight was just like Hendo 2. Both Hendo and Andy did the most damage and were never in danger during the fight (Andy got dropped 2x if I remember correctly though) but Mike came back, outworked them and kept scoring.

Bisping. Anderson did next to nothing most of the fight and it's his own fault he didn't get the KO on that knee.

And how do you not give a 10-8 in the end of that round after that devastating knee????? Bisping's corpse had to be carried back to the stool by his cornermen.
