Agreed, Khan took a huge left within 30 seconds it was all over from then. Khan should fight him again definitely.


 
I'd love for Prescott to knock Khan's arrogant head back to Bolton again.
 
Khan should push for the fight. Am I right in thinking it's his only pro loss?
 
I totally get people saying you should correct a loss to prove it was a fluke, certainly is a good thing to do if you want to solidify your reputation. However although generally I want to see fighters do this I'm not clamouring for this one.

Khan was SO impressive last time against someone who, as far as I could tell, at some point may have learned to fight for food. He showed great heart, improvement in everything. Plus we've already seen the template for how to beat Prescott. Its irritating me now that I can't forget the guys name. Mitchell, could be Kevin Mitchell.

Basically just outboxed him picking him apart so he couldn't land big shots. He was then overwhelmed by Katsidis. I'd like to see Khan fight Katsidis, as he'd certainly make him fight.

I have to say I am impressed with the way Khan went from cocky young upstart to relocation to Roach's gym and basically did as he was told.
 
^^^ Surprising looking at your location (England) that you don't thinkn he should fight Prescott again. Maybe the people of Darligton don't hate on Khan too much, but his reputation will always be dogshit in Manchester until he fights him again.

Not with myself, by the way. Just the general casual fight fan population.

Amir would make lightwork of prescott now
he would outbox him for the full 12 if he doesnt KO him
 
i dont understand why he should? he is light years ahead of breidis now and i dont feel beating him would prove anything? its a huge step down imo. its obvious khan has improved 10 fold since that fight.
now maybe if breidis was actually a credible fighter who had earned his place challenging for a title things would be diffferent. lots of people lose early on in their careers its just life

Haha he gets alot of slack here in Bradford too, which is weird considering a large bunch of the populace is muslim. I don't really like him or dislike him but I do feel like he should push for the fight to solidify his himself if he wants to be considered one of the best.
 
The talk today is of him fighting John Murray, now that would be a good fight.
As for Prescott, I'd watch the rematch, but see Khan staying out of trouble for the decision. However I would laugh my arse off if Prescott landed again.
 
Half the people that want to see a rematch are the ones that dont like Khan. (mainly the british that cant stand an asian muslim as their champ).

I, myself, dont see the point, he beat Maidana, who is a bigger threat than Prescott will ever be, since the defeat, Khan has gone on to bigger things, whilst Prescott has gone downhill.
 
This is not only a pointless fight, but a dumb one. It's regressing.

maybe hopkins should aslo bring that drug junkie who beat him in his frist pro fight back in 1988 and avenge that loss ....
