This happened to me once and I kept escalating the issue through the company one by one. I knew the first manager would do nothing but I wanted to show I was going through the correct process. Not only do you report them what you do is take a notebook with pen and state out loud that you are documenting this for your own records. People need to feel like this could be serious. Managers don't like dealing with people who are documenting shit because they know it can get really serious.

Then escalate to the manager above him and just keep going making sure you are letting everyone know you are documenting this whole conversation for your own records. What you want to eventually do is report it to your state agency whoever that may be. I did this just for shit and giggles because I hated this job but I actually ended up getting the manager fired. They found out a bunch of other shit while looking into my issues and I spoke to his nephew who I was cool with who told me he was now a stock boy at Walmart.

Apparently he was also giving this women hours on her check that she never even worked. The women was a complete drunk and semi-hot. I almost ended up banging her to but she was such a drunk it made me uncomfortable and I passed.

I don't know what you mean by bullied, but if you are truly unhappy with your job then start looking for a new one. Maybe work on some skills so you have something to offer a new employer.

Working in retail is brutal. I used to get bullied everyday by my supervisors. Now, I work in sales and I work remotely. My life is so much better.
