How dangerous is this herbal?
Is it absolutely necessary to avoid tyramine foods?
Its a classified as a MAOI selective class B. (Less potent side effects over A.)
I am VERY VERY sensitive to stimulants. Not much of a fan of them overall. I heard this actually lowers heart rate. But can potentially raise blood pressure.

Discuss.

I'm no expert, and I'm only somewhat familiar with Yohimbine HCL, but what I have heard about Yohimbine is bad. Like it's not really going to shred you up very well but it can mess you up.

It's the key ingredient to Red Line energy drink, try that, if you don't react well, don't take it in pill form. That's my opinion.

I have taken yohimbine hcl in the past and think it is a good aid for you. It gets the metabolism a little faster which is good. Where the bad parts arise is if you decide to take too much too fast. Ramping up the dose will lead you to feeling like shit. I started at 2.5 mg and then stayed with it for three or so weeks before going up to 5mg where I stayed for another three to four weeks and then topped out at 7.5mg. It does have a slight stim effect so I wouldn't down a few caps and then have a large coffee or something like that. Might get you real jittery and anxious. It will also cause you to feel warmer and probably sweat a lot more during cardio/training so if you do take it then you should adjust your water intake accordingly

If it is the same stuff that I bought years ago, it is Yohimbe, 100mg, with a active yohimbine dose of something like 15%.

Suffica to say I did not like it.
