Anyone ever do this? I always feel like my pants are falling off while rolling and its irritating. Just to clarify, my pants fit fine, but when rolling, it feels like they are slipping off and it sucks.

Gracias, my friends.

I never thought of this. My pants, no matter how tight I tie them, they slide when I roll. I'll have to try it some time.

I use Gi-Flex gi pants

They are wonderful.

They blow traditional gi pants out of the water. The combination of a heavy velcro sealed elastic waistband plus drawstring keeps them in place no matter what, and the elastic crotch is wonderful if you have ever had the honor of splitting the crotch on a pair of traditional gi pants.

I actually wear them with a rashguard for nogi.

Of course, if you're at a school that's very strict about third party gi's your coaches might not be keen on them, but otherwise these are amazing.

You need a bigger butt to stop the sliding from rolling.

Yeah I think Gi-Flex is the way to go too, I never understood the Gi prejudice in schools. If I am paying upwards or even over $100 a month I should be able to wear damn Hammer pants if I wanted!:icon_evil
