Im not familiar with this guy at all but saw some news on yahoo and props to him for admitting it, it would be nice if the other actors would be as honest as him. Also he is just starting it but its pretty impressive he put on 24 pounds of muscle and leaning out, in a few more months he is going to get more jacked

"Can I comment on the size of your biceps right now, Dax? I feel like you should run a measurement of the size of your bicep and start dropping a weekly measurement into the Discord channel. It's unbelievable! You're getting Joe Rogan arms in there. It's phenomenal! I mean, you look like He Man right now," Kutcher declared.

In quarantine I said to Kristen, I've been waiting for 10 years for Marvel to call so that I'd have an excuse to get huge. And they're not gonna call. That ship sailed. I'm 46, they're not gonna call. So I just have to do it for my own amusement, and I gained about 24 pounds."

He added that a combination of workouts, protein shakes and testosterone injections helped him go from 185 pounds to 210, proudly declaring, "I spent my whole life as a medium boy and now I'm a big boy and I like it." Though Kutcher and Kunis were happy for him, they did voice their concerns about his testosterone usage, but Shepard, who regularly shows off his amazing transformation via social media, seemed content with his decision; he also revealed that his father was low in testosterone.

Exactly why the fuck should anyone have to tell others what they put into their body? Who gives a fuck.
First sensible non sarcastic post I've seen you make. This isn't a great or a terrible thing :D

There is nothing that should have to be "admitted" to. It has very different purposes not a one size fits all.

Well if he didn't admit it everyone would be calling out the transformation for not being natty. He may as well just be honest about a process that would not have been possible without synthetic testosterone.

Or just leave him alone?

Yeah but like who cares? He's not competing in anything. Too many people on this forum have body envy issues. Taking testosterone isn't the be all and end all, you still have to do the work. The same with any anabolic.
We aren't owed any insight into someone else's life celebrity or not.

He’s a recovering addict/alcoholic. If this makes him happy then it’s great.

fuck the haters.

Or just leave him alone?

He's a public figure who people look up to. Transforming yourself with (without a drs prescription) illegal drug rubs many people the wrong way as it sets up false expectations of what's possible without said drug.

Never heard of this guy, but props to him for getting his Swole on. Like others have said, TRT isn't the Super Soldier Serum. You don't get a shot and suddenly morph into Captain America(or even the Red Skull;)). You still have to put the time in at the gym to get results.

Thinly veiled alpha brain post.

Oh I remember him. I always thought he looked like the Creed singer
