Paddy appears closer to 5"11-6" than 5"10. He had his first professional fight before he turned 18 so he may have just stuck with the height he was originally billed at in his debut.

Fighters are definitely self reporting their heights nowadays. There is a 6"3-6"4 MW (Caio Borralho) that is billed as 5"10.
