We get a weekly Las Vegas thread here and there's always talk of hookers, so I thought I'd post this public awareness video

I just found this video and I agree with him since I work in a casino and I see it regularly

The number one goal of a hooker in Las Vegas is to rob you and she is working with a team who have plenty of experience in robbing people

2:18 What happens if you're arrested for engaging in prostitution
3:08 Scam 1 (On the strip)
3:53 Scam 2 (In restaurant/public setting)
4:05 Story of first hand experience
5:49 When you make it back to the room
6:08 Scam 3 (BEST Case Scenario)
7:31 Scam 4 (WORSE Case Scenario)
9:48 Scam 5 (WORST CASE SCENARIO)

dude ur gonna get a stern talking to by sherdog’s police for not providing a summary.

I’m not advocating that anyone do this, but if you’re really worried about getting robbed by a hooker you could always go full Waingrow

I remember a few years back. You would go clubbing or whatever party. These super hot chicks will strike up a convo with you. These girls will want to go back to your room. When you get to your room then they will ask for money. You put two and two together then you realize ohhh.

It never happened to me but it happened to my boy. We still give him shit about it.

My only experience with a hooker I'm Vegas was chatting to a woman at the casino bar for about half an hour, flirting etc, bought her a drink.

She got up to go to the bathroom and the barman quietly leaned over and told me that I obviously had no idea... but she was a working girl and saw me as a John.

I quickly paid up, gave him a nice big tip and was gone by the time she returned.

I had no idea, she was just chatting and asking about where I'd travelled etc. Dodged a bullet there.

You have to honestly rate yourself. If you're not a 9 out of 10 at least, then no "hot" girl is just gonna come up and start talking to you unless she's a hooker trying to rob you of your money/valuables.
You mean models aren't going to hit on my old ugly ass for free? Where is Flavio? I need coaching.

The whole case turned on one throw away line. Mixed feelings on that one. @Peteyandjia where do you stand on this interaction?

Run slick as an alias to the FBI. You're gonna get the phone book. Do it anyway

I like it. The case breaking on something that small. The explosive was selected for its untraceable commonality, the location & escape routes were planned meticulously, but one little thread got away from them. The one way they stood out. And it's true, calling everyone 'slick' is a rare enough tic that it caught Vincent's ear as a hunter of this kind of prey. I can dig it

I don’t want to deter this thread too much but my biggest issue with the film is how Chris got away. “Welp. This guy’s drivers license says his name is Guy Incognito. He looks just like Chris but his hair is shorter.”

“ok let him go.”

I just watched the movie again for the umpteenth time. One of my favourite scenes is when Vincent realizes they just got made.

The cops were clearly fans of The Saint.

This is why hotels come with mini locked safes bros. Simple shit

I was on the top floor of the hotel where all the suites are working on an ice machine. Down the hallway, about 200 feet, there was a dude in his underwear, he was hiding his half naked body inside the door to his suite. He was screaming for me to stop the girl who was running with a bag in her hand, along with her hooker friend. I grabbed her as she tried to run past me. She was scratching, while her friend was trying to kick me. All the commotion drove other guests to come out and like 6 different hotel guests helped me out. I had my knee on her back, dudes were holding them down until I called security on my radio. I had to give a statement to Metro the GM gave me an extra day off with pay.
