He did. Strickland is a beast. Body language in general Is an interesting thing to study in combat sports though.

It's far from absolute, for example O Malley looked extremely nervous and unsure during the intros against Aljo and then just sparked him. But it can show some things.

The second I saw him walking to the octagon, I thought to myself "He looks like he's going through every decision in his life that brought him to here"
That win must have been more cathartic for Strickland than any champion before him.
