Probably both. I do think he will be sharper than we've seen him, however I also think it doesn't make a bit of difference. I don't think he has anything to threaten Izzy with whatsoever.

Dricus had some advantages over Rob that a lot of people overlooked, like power and size. those helped in getting the finish.
other than grappling or cardio, maybe, i have no idea what advantages Sean has over Izzy.

Weidman was way better and more of a threat than Strickland though. Weidman was winning the fight vs Anderson even before the finish. I don't see Strickland having the same success that Weidman did vs Silva, even if he does happen to catch Izzy and get a finish.

I never saw Silva Weidman live, but seeing that would have to give a similar reaction.

Gotta assume he’ll be at his best. However, stylistically this is a really tough fight. His game of pressure and hiding behind his jab plays right into the game of an elusive counter striker like Adesanya. I don’t know if he’ll mix his wrestling in, but I kind of doubt he’ll be able to get him down especially consistently. I think Adesanya busts him up but in this game, things don’t go how we expect all the time. So time will tell.

I dont feel that he has had a great training camp so no from me. Claimed he was training with pereira for it and has yet to. the fight is a little over a week away. he wont be doing any series training this close to the fight.
