How far do you think blood diamond can go if he takes training seriously?

I heard a lot of talk about him from Izzy on how BD was very awkward and unorthodox striker that will cause a lot of trouble for any of his opponents.
I looked it up BD doesn't seem to have a very impressive kickboxing record which is the sport he started from and so far he's 3-2 in MMA with his two losses coming in the UFC.

I only got the chance to watch his bout against Wells and while that is a very tough debut for anyone who's only three fights into his professional career, BD looked completely lost on the ground and showed very odd fight IQ there.

For how far he can go, I don't it's a matter of how seriously he takes his training since IMO I don't see how taking it more seriously at age 34 is gonna change much at this point. To add on, he competes at welterweight which is a very wrestling and grappling heavy division so good luck trying to work out all the kinks in his game at this age with no grappling background.
So to sum it up, I don't think he'll go very far unfortunately.

Only a Sherdogger or a Champion could handle the stare-down with him.

Remember when Anderson Silva had a training partner called Khalil Rountree and told everybody he was the next champ ?

He's 3-2, both losses in the UFC. He's already 34 years old. Idk how far he will go, but if he's gonna do anything, he probably needs to begin doing it immediately. He's in a tough division, too. Good luck to him.
They hyped him so much and his first fight in the UFC told me everything I need. Not sure where the hype came from. His nickname?

I think he doesn't have a chance to grow. Majority of his opponents will try to implement a ground game. He should have stuck around smaller promotions first.
