After 3 losses in a row that have derailed his hypetrain, Edmen Shahbazyan has changed management and camps. He is now represented by Ali Abdelaziz, and he plans on training at Xtreme Couture.

This is a huge change for him, as he's been training with Ronda and Edmond since he was just a kid. Ronda was his manager, and his career was certainly mismanaged.

Do you think these changes can get Shahbazyan back on track?

Well, by parting ways with the GOAT coach and Ronda, there goes his future in WWE

Why wait for 3 loses in a row? He should had gone to AKA after the 1st one, once he goes to the ground he is helpless, also doesnt have the cardio to go 3 rounds.
Well, Edmond was the only trainer he had ever known. They are very close and more like family. It's understandable that Shahbazyan would be loyal, even after a loss or two.

I hope he can make big changes. The beating he took from Brunson was rough. Tbh, I don’t think he ever gets over the hump, but I’m happy to be wrong. He’s still young.
Yeah he's still only 24. A couple of years at a good camp could do wonders for him. He's obviously very talented. Hopefully he can put it all together.

Good move to get away from those two. I like how Ali said he should just train and get better for a while before he fights again.
Easy for a guy like Ali to say, he's got money. Edmen likely has bills to pay. He's a young fighter who hasn't gotten big purses yet. He might not have the option of just not taking fights unless he finds a revenue stream else where. It is good that he cut ties with that gym though, he definitely seemed to have hit a wall in growth.

Fair point, even Ronda referred to him as "little Edmen" or something, they were close, still has time on his side.

Good for him. That gym is shit, look what it did to Jake Ellenberger. He's still young and with the right gym he can get on track.

Jake Ellen Ellenberger also trained at Kings, right? With RDA, Beneil and tons of great guys. Jake had serious mental issues when it came to being a fighter. He showed the potential to beat Condit, he was smashing Kampmann...The guy had every gift in the world to be a champion but just struggled so much anyways.

He made the right decision and should have done it sooner. Think he should stay with AKA permanently and hangout with Khabibs people. Will be quickest way to improve his ground game

Hopefully Melsik Baghdasaryan does the same.
