Understandable point of view. I think ref should shield helpless fighter. (like he is doing at end of that gif clip). In this case he lightly tackled Walker from side and lost balance. Luckily he didnt knee Rountree and Walkers leg did not bent too much from that push.

Wouldn’t that be on the commission to punish? There was nothing super disrespectful given the circumstances. He did kinda have to move the ref to get up. He was laying on Walker’s lap.

They probably looked at it and decided it was incidental contact. No harm, no foul.

He couldnt stand up and get outta the way with the ref on top of his thigh/hips. The nudge was excessive but he had to get him off one way or another. Pretty sure ref was more worried about Kalil’s head trauma more than anything.
