News Francis Ngannou out for 9 Months due to Knee Surgery

We knew this within a cpl days of his fight with Gane. He took two months to visit Africa, and Turkey for a hair transplant. putting off his knee surgery.

Do you remember when Stipe haters wanted Ngannou to beat him so we’d get an active champ?

Active champ, my ass.

This just made me realize I had dream recently where Ton Aspinall became the interim champ via TKO

You're right man.

In fact I have to say at this point, just generally, that you're seriously right a LOT of the time on this board. I've noticed it.

Just wanted to make that comment.

Also.... I'd like to see pre-surgery MRI scans. No reason why not, yeah? Come on Ngannou team let's see them.

Came to say this. So funny how hypocritical this guy has been. So easy to talk but so hard to walk. I guess it's hard when you need an ACL/MCL surgery. Not too mention the physical therapy he will need with the extra hair he will have on his head.

I think that’s his mma career over. Heavyweight knee surgery is serious and he’s not exactly young anymore …

What pressure? The UFC cares about Ngannou about as much as they do Cejudo. If they allow Ngannou to box and he gets whooped. He is clearly no longer “the baddest man on the planet”. A little common sense please.
Dana wants his HW champion back and the negotiations PR has not been good to UFC's image. So yea, there is pressure to resign him.
I rather see him walk though....Kind of a fuck you in Dana's face personally.

This is a such a terrible post.

who cares if he visited Africa and got a hair transplant. He’s going to be out for 9 months no matter what. So if he reduced that by 1-2 months it doesn’t make much of a difference at all by that point.

If you can wait 9 months you can wait another 2 more.

And what he did was extremely smart. He finished his plans before he went in for a major surgery.

Blew out my ACL, and I was operated on the next morning. Mind you it was only his MCL completely blown, but also a partial tear of his ACL. Who the fuck waits two months on that surgery?

I was on a golf course with a cast on my leg from my ankle to my crotch within 2 weeks. And two months later I barely even needed PT, because I was walking 18 holes almost every day. My cast came off, and I could then do pretty much everything I was able to do before. My knee was just a little stiff from not bending for two months.

35 isn't old for a HW. He could be elite another 5-8 years easily. He'll always be built like a brick house, strong as fuck, and have fuck you KO power.

Thank you. I appreciate the comment. I think I have a bit of a bad image just because I call out hypocrisy and bullshit when I see it. But I’m ok with that.
