Probably if the tounge is completely off, just laying there on the canvas.

This is however very difficult lol. What usually happens is you just biting a hole through it, which also sucks.

The fight is usually over before this happens due to pain and saving yourself from blacking out, which is why Pickett tapped with a second left on the clock
