I find it odd that Dana has such a glowing reviews of Khabib and Khabib is still sitting cageside with him after Khabib's critical response of UFC fighter treatment and he made comments of being a direct competitor. Maybe they're partnering up promotions, or maybe Khabib has that fuck you oil money behind him. Dana usually shits all over competing promoters.

Dana isn’t worried about EagleFC it isn’t going to be any real competition if anything they will get some crossover talent down the line. Dana will feed him some UFC castoffs that have a name and Khabib will feed Dana a champ or two if they get some steam and it gives the UFC someone with a larger potential upside. It’s good business for Dana and Khabib with zero downside to the UFC.

He has to do business with Khabib and his legions. If Dana talked about Khabib like he does about Oscar De la Hoya he would have huge problems with Khabib and Ali's fighters who wont stand for that kind of talk about their man. Also would effect in the future who should go to bellator instead of UFC.
