Remove Conor, Tony, Chandler and add Bobby ''King'' Green into the rankings

1. Green s good but Moises isn't even top 15 and beat him.
2. He didn't "almost win" Fiziev there was one judge out too lunch in a clear 2-1 Fiziev fight where he gassed late.
3. Haqparast is a nothing win, you're on crack if you think tony, Mike and conor can't finish that guy.
4. Moicano had a better performance immediately after vs a better opponent and should be next considered to the rankings.

Tony: Maybe a bit lower, around 10-12.
Chandler: A bit more tricky, but I wouldn't put him much lower than where he is.
