@SaltedVinegarfootstomps Thank him for the CLIFFs

Cliffs:
  • Felt he never lost a step against Rob, was ahead the whole time. Acknowledged that Rob did catch him later on with a jab. Not rocked, just penetrated his defenses.
  • Says he was super focused all week. Understood that rob would always be a foot away from him, so he could just pepper him with punches and kicks. Felt it was an easy blue print.
  • Was shocked his jab dropped rob, said it felt like air, “like nothing” so he missed the finish possibility.
  • Says this fight helped him grow.
  • Rob tripled up his jab, his best tactic all night but too little too late in the fight.
  • Too strong for rob. Said rob got gassed and was so weak he could have gone for a kimura if he wanted. Wrestling was a non factor.
  • Has some plans for the division. Not confident saying what yet.
  • is currently in New York (as of the video). Fight in June. Fresh meat yum.

LMAO. If Israel, multiple time defending champ who is undefeated at 185, is a hype job then words can't even describe Khamzat's hype
Maybe I should rewrite my sentence. I don't mean Izzy, I mean't khamzat is the hype job.

Khamzat. The biggest hype job since Ronda Rousy.
Gotcha, I couldn't tell from your statement. He's exciting and could be really good, but people need to chill on crowning the guy. I want to see him do well and succeed, but his fans have become annoying.

I want him to fight Khamzat ASAP. The hype job and his fans are annoying.
I'm not all crazy about the hype talking smack about fighters for Khamzat but he is pretty cool and it is exciting. I get how you think the fans are annoying but they're just pumped because he's a new up and comer and the divisions can get kinda stagnant sometimes we need fresh blood

i'd like to hear about another "hype job" that has won more fights than has taken hits?
even if he's not the absolute best in the world people sound like fucking morons professing he's a nobody. its going to be especially strange if he beats Burns and all the haters disappear.

Sherdog is full of acne ridden virgin betas who consider any up and comer who is being talked about on a regular basis a "hype job".

Just the natural state around these parts.

LOL, yup. Not because Khamzat deserves it, and not because I've even that interested in the fight (although I would love to see a grappling-first approach). . . but just to one way or another shut up the fans who pretend they can predict MMA outcomes based off of sparse records and short fights.

You couldn't project your own insecurity or shortcomings any harder if you sat down with a therapist and tried.
