Anyone else have a feeling Lewis is gonna get beat against Tuivasa?

I feel like lewis struggles against other formidable strikers. He has a weak heart and mentally checks out once the opponent starts landing significant blows on him. He certainly has more power than Tuivasa but I think Tuivasa is more technical and will find an opening of which Lewis will not recover from
 
Both guys are kinda peaking right now. Both fought very recently and seems to be training harder than ever.

These are the kinda fights Lewis does well in. 3 rounds, no pressure, no title talks.

I just think Tai kills his lead leg with them low kicks lol
 
Yeah, I feel he'll get "Mitrioned" just not in the 1st round, I feel Lewis should have held out for Stipe or something where a loss to him doesn't hurt your rankings but losing to Tai sends you far back down the rankings.
 
If they both land and neither goes down, then ya I can see where you’re coming from. Tui has lots of heart. And he swings more, whereas BB picks his spots more, has learned patience. So if Tui lands 5 or 6 and surprises BB in the same 4 seconds that BB is trying to pick a shot, I could see it going bad fast.

OTOH, how many people stay upright when BB lands? Not many.

BB does not mentally check out and have no heart. But TS is a known fighter bashing troll, so I’m not so surprised he went there.

Who knows, could go either way. Lewis has a quit in him, Tai doesn't. I do think Lewis is better puncher, but hell, it's a heavyweight fight, and Tai has only been tkoed once, Lewis has been (t)koed five times.

Lewis has a quit in him, so if Tai can take his shot and is willing to throw enough, I'd back him.
 
I wish Tai could take this fight in a year or so, I think right now Lewis should win, he fights a lot smarter. Though Tai 2.0 has been improving every fight so we'll see.

I didn't say he has no heart, I said he has a weak heart and that's compared to other fighters at his level of course. You'd have to be a fool or incredibly delusional to think that's not one of the main weaknesses in his game
 
Not really, no.

Lewis is pretty good, and this is a huge step up for Tai. I’d like to see Tai win but jumping from number 11 to number 3. Even in the shallow HW division. That’s a huge step up.

Cheering for Tai, picking Lewis to win.
