Been a tough road. Still, mad props to one of the most genuine nice guys in the sport. The man was always game and always comes to fight. All the best on his plans and what's next for him.

Going back to the regionals and and tuning out his game would be ideal. I like Sam but he's definitely regressed.

Sam is a cool guy, but he is so slow, he is beyond slow, he moves like Bigfoot Silva these days, I think he needs to call it a day, he is just not up to the level. His chin is starting to go as well.. his chin was what kept him in fights, because like I said he is incredibly slow so its easy for guys to land flush on him.. but after the amount of times he has been hit the chin has started to degrade. It won't end well I feel...
 
Dana has kept Sam around to show the benefits of being a good company guy...and to piss off Sherdog goofs. But there's a limit to that, and I think it was reached last night.
