If it’s the winner of Khamzat vs. Burns, rightfully so, then why not Leon vs. Luque 2 for the next shot.

What’s going on with WW lately? It’s like the division is Asleep.

Not to mention Usman defended the title two months ago and defended the title 3 times the whole year and that is lot for ufc champ. Id imagine they are looking may/june for Usman/Edwards.

They're probably figuring out a good date for Usman/Edwards so it can headline a PPV, and the slots are going fast.

-March is Covington/Masvidal
-April is Volk/KZ and Sterling/Yan 2
-May is Oliveira/Gaethje and Glover/Jiri

My guess is they're trying to figure out a way to get Conor back for the July International Fight Week PPV. I'd place my bet on Usman/Edwards in June, and given how far out that is from now, it's not surprising that the fight isn't confirmed on paper.
