Is it safe to say professional bodybuilding is harder and more dangerous than MMA?

I’m a big fan of both but certainly love MMA more but every other day u hear a pro bodybuilder dropping dead. So what’s your take on this subject?

The ones you hear about dying are not dying while doing their sport, some of these guys cannot pack enough unregulated supplements in their bodies. On average I would say every ufc fighter has some level of brain damage from their sport, people who body build already have brain damage before beginning their sport

The most dangerous thing in bodybuilding is probably the overeating.
