I'm surprised the UFC hasn't signed Mansour Barnaoui yet

The guy is a joy to watch, a very intense and entertaining finisher, a champion in multiple organizations
He only lost to the best of the best (Gamrot, Islam Makhachev, and Kevin Lee) and his last loss was like 5 or 6 years ago, he would add a lot of excitement to the LW division for sure

It would be a smart idea to sign him. Mansour Bahrami would be a good pick up as well.

He should go to Eagle FC and rematch Kevin first imho.

I have no idea what he is doing, he hasn't fought since he won the million at the ROAD FC. So much inactivity isn't good for a career.

A million dollars tho,is GOOD for your career hahah

It sure is, but now he has pretty much been forgotten. Much better to keep fighting and end your career earlier rather than taking a 3 year break in the middle.

Doesnt mean he aint been training though. We seen guys come back after such a time and still be OK.

Who knows how Covid had impacted his life though.

Didn't he lose to Islam Makhashev?

He's still chilling with his milli, haven't even heard any rumours about him getting a fight anywhere.

Kevin Lee was at a brief moment very close to fighting for a world title.
While his downfall has been epic, I've always ben of the opinion that he'd have beaten Tony if it weren't for that staph infection.

Should be obligatory, when making a thread about a fighter that's flying under the radar, to put a highlight video of said fighter.

In a very close fight, same for Gamrot.

Barnaoui is a very atypical fighter. Very scrappy on the feet, iron chin, not great TDD but a wizard on the ground. He has an almost unbeatable sweep from the bottom and a very dangerous submission game.

He has a pretty cool sense of style too.
