Masvidal and covington should not be getting any chances at the belt if usman remains champ. The UFC should get khamzat fighting usman before he retires, assuming he beats burns.

-I think Usman beats Edwards with a bit of difficulty early on, gets by on a clear decision win after utilizing his wrestling more in rounds 3,4 and 5.
-Mas vs Covington. Fuck it, ballsy move I'm going with Mas by TKO round 2. Winner won't get a TS since they both dropped 2 against Usman.
-Luque/Belal. People are underestimating Belal a bit here, but I'll stick with Luque round 2 KO. I think he fights Usman by the end of 2022. Usman wins by decision and (another hot take)will manage to drop Luque twice in their fight.
-Burns/Khamzat. Fuck idk about this fight, all I can say is that if Khamzat destroys Burns he's definitely getting a TS.

Honestly think Colby, Masvidal, and maybe Burns should consider moving down to 155. Hard to get a third fight when you've dropped 2 against the champ already (for Colby and Masvidal), and there are plenty of big names they could make main events with at 155. All of them can make the weight and are in their primes - better to get title fight money and have a chance of getting the strap than end up being a super high-level gatekeeper or getting fed to Khamzat as he's coming into his prime and they are on their way out of their primes.

Pretty much this. If Burns beats Khamzat, that throws a wrench into things. I'm kinda sniffing an upset with Usman vs. Edwards, though. I have this sneaky suspicion that Edwards goes all-out in fighting Usman and show a completely different side of his skillset to pull off the upset.

I say it's real because both guy could have a strong argument for a Ts if they win.
