More of a product of the UFC hyping machine! Here are the facts gentlemen. It’s true that Francis hits hard, but so do many HW’s. Joe Rogan started this thing about Ngannou one in a million athlete and Dana finished it by comparing him to an escort car. All this hype was based on AA and Reem who are known to have glass chins. Stipe did the same to them but wasn’t hyped as one in a million athlete even after defeating the one in a million athlete.
The truth is, yes Francis did KO a few but many of his fights were TKO’s and that’s with him putting all his might into his punches. Stipe KO’d people with short punches. Beast KO’d people with uppercuts from just a standing position. Francis hit Stipe with some really hard shots and couldn’t finish him in the first fight. The second fight, it was more like an accumulation of punches that did Stipe in. DC KO’d Stipe with one short punch also.
Bottom line, Francis hits hard and so does Stipe and Beast and JDS and so many HW’s so please don’t believe the UFC hyping machine, believe your own judgment. Francis maybe doesn’t know how to finish fighters except with his fists, while other fighters have more arsenals and that’s what makes him look very scary but then again he didn’t look scary against someone like himself in Beast.

Francis finishes fights quickly and with minimal strikes. I can't find the numbers, but his strikes/knockdown was the lowest by a ridiculous margin across the UFC. For me that's the definition of power: putting people away with less strikes than others.

The guy hits hard but he is not the hardest hitter and when he couldn’t drop Stipe, he was really embarrassed. Now he will meet another guy who will expose how Francis is very untalented
