From bjj I can say that a Gordon Ryan has expressed huge criticism of himself in matches he won. When I mean won, I mean dominated.
The man says shit like he's mad at himself he didn't submit everybody in adcc without any decisions, or if it took him too long to do so in a match.
His trainer Dunaher has said in an interview that Gordon cusses himself in training saying that he sucks at this or doesn't deserve that. etc..

Have there been any guys like that in MMA?

EDIT: i'm not talking about a guy who should have lost, or it's obvious he didn't win and admitted it. That's just being a decent person... I'm talking about a guy criticizing his own win, even though he obviously won. Like Condit who expressed huge regret on how he fought going backwards against diaz.

If I remember correctly, Cain was like this. Always kind of sullen looking after a win, explaining to Rogan what he wish he did post fight, despite beating his opponents to a living death.

Honorable mention:

Khabib Vs Conor.
He criticized himself for going all out on Conor in the 2nd round after the big overhand landed which slowed him down for the 3rd round. Khabib dominated the fight and got the finish in the 4th.

GSP Vs Hardy.
GSP dominated Hardy, but wasn't able to finish him with a submission. Right after the fight he analysed the technique with his coaches to see what he could do better.

Izzy vs Whittaker.
Izzy made a great analysis video on this fight on his own youtube channel. He explains what he could've done better and where he got caught due to mistakes with his own judgement during the fight.

Usman vs Masvidal 1.
While the fight wasn't a barn burner, Usman dominated throughout the 5 rounds pretty easily. There's footage with the "Anatomy Of A Fighter" series where he talks to his coach Trevor Wittman about being dissapointed in his performance by not being confident in the striking exchanges.

That's all I can think of right now. There's definitely way more fighters who criticize their best performances, they just don't say it publicly.

Also fuck Gordon Ryan.

its kinda of dumb to say what they could of done better like it already happen.

Conor, he was hypercritical of his performance against khabib and basically said his foot was a balloon

... Like Condit who expressed huge regret on how he fought going backwards against diaz.
hehe
Condit lost me as a fan in that fight (he promised a war and point-fought Diaz).
IMHO he just say he regrets because of the backlash (and of course, because it gave him a title shot and he lost that fight). Had he won the GSP fight, he would not have felt bad he did that to Nick)!

GSP...

He dominated Hardy but picked apart his performance pretty hard post fight

Black Beast used to pull that shtick all the time.

Jiri seemed pretty discouraged at his own demolition of Reyes. He didn't like the fact that he wasn't in 100% control of the match the entire time.
Which is one of the many reasons why I have high expectations for him.

The best competitors do this shit all the time. There's always room for improvement. Always something to learn. Focusing on what you can do better makes you get better.

Didn’t he just say a 3 year old girl had a nice ass? Maybe he’s not the best guy to listen to, might have some mental issues.

Dog fight

Conor was very critical after his performance against old man in the bar

I was just watching a bunch of 'best moments' series/compilations with gsp and he is a heavy critic of himself as well as the performances of others. Let's just say he's not impressed.
