Media The ‘best’ boxer in MMA wants to another shot in the UFC

Don’t worry. He’ll be on Contender Series very soon and bunch of will think he’s terrible he got his contract on the “Pretender Series”

He is pretty good and a pretty powerful boxer in the pocket lol. Not sure why he’s not in the UFC he needs to get signed ASAP.

He was giving Leon Edwards the blues before that RNC.

He'll get a contender series fight

Contender series is generally low level prospects being funneled into the UFC and diluting overall talent. The fact that its the most abundant way they sign guys means some will pan out as great similar to TUF. Still Doesn't change if they combed the planet globally for the best fighters and prospects the UFC would look a lot different.

The dude is 18-3 in his last 21 pro fights.
He WAS in the UFC but got chopped after just 2 losses in a row (both subs).

He really should be hired again.

He must really love competing in the UFC to leave all that money on the table from triller.

Triller is trash I cannot give him the nod from that alone.
18-3 in his last 21 pro MMA fights including a bunch in the UFC, plus he is on a 5-fight MMA win streak (plus last night's win), plus he's beaten Lorenz Larkin and Alan Jouban before, both in UFC.

This is a myth. There is literally no difference between contender series guys and direct hires. They grab them all from the same pool of fighters
It was true, but we saw very few direct hires this past year in general so in turn this last season of contender had the strongest pool of fighters yet.

Lorenz Larkin & Jouban ? When ? 6 years ago <Lmaoo> His last mma fight was two years ago . He ducked his contract renewal and relinquished his belt. And now fights a 5 year older washed up boxer and he's ready for UFC again ? Go pick up another strap in B leagues try again.

Oh look, random moron isn't impressed, companies worldwide are taking notes

Yup. Complete myth. Contender Series guys are basically just guys who were close to getting UFC contracts and may have been signed anyways, but they get one more shot to really earn it. If anything, that puts them a cut above most of the direct signs. There are tons of solid fighters on the roster that came from the Contender Series.
