They made way too big of a deal out of it. It amounted to nothing.

I wrestled but it was inconsequential to the fight other than possibly a stain in Usman’s perfect TDD.Its a big deal in the wrestling fraternity. Game within a game between two great wrestlers.
Never said it didn’t happen. I said it was inconsequential. As for an executive decision to override the stat before DC commented on it a second later, that seems like a stretch. . Lol. He was down for a split second and a stat guy didn’t rule it one. Who cares. One of the times it amounted to nothing because Usman blatantly grabbed the fence and held on for dear life to stop it.
Regardless, amounting to nothing doesn't mean it didn't happen. It's pretty obvious the UFC just made an executive decision to not acknowledge them to keep Usman's 100% TDD stat.
Agreed ....This is a fight that is good for all ...Most importantly the fans !!!Khamzat could do what Jones did and just take the title with no set up. It's ridiculous that the other fighters are turning him down so we have to wait for his inevitable championship fight. Edwards and Luque ? You have to be kidding me if we're going to have to wait for those 2 to get Usman vs Khamzat. Iron is hot so let it go!
Was 85% going into the fight according to the stat they showed on the ppvWhat's Colby's TDD percentage like?
Unless a guy falls on on his butt or his back its not really a recognized takedown by mma fans. That's just some technical amateur wrestling stat bs that found its way into mma.
Thank You!Was 85% going into the fight according to the stat they showed on the ppv
Thank You!
It's not really the champ's obligation to call out people with one top 10 win, which happens to be against #10. There's obviously a lot of potential, but right now Khamzat has zero relevant credentials when it comes to title fights.Usman still avoiding Khamzat's name like the plague!
