If everybody within the top 10 of each division went on strike, what would happen?

This would include champs as well. Let’s say they all pooled together for an increase in pay, how would Dana go about dealing with this shitshow?

Shitcan them all and hire new fighters, there is no shortage out there.

This. And there's not too many big stars in the UFC currently anyway, they'd be able to replace them, the brand is bigger than any of them.

Itll never happen. So its all pure fantasy. Fairy tales m8.

Not everyone in the top 10 will be dissatisfied with their pay,or simply willing to put it at risk.

K-1 actually still had guys showin up for work, even tho they still owed them money for fights they already had in the past.

There will be no teams of fighters who are gonna agree on what they all should get paid.

Why would they go on strike? The UFC is pretty smart. Francis is the exception that proves the rule. There's a reason why champions rarely complain about pay. Those tops guys and top draws are quietly compensated.

UFC fans don't really look for quality fighters, they're drawn by stories and drama; same as WWE fans. This drama would probably attract more viewers, and it wouldn't matter how good the fighters were, these guys would watch. Lol, they'd probably be complaining about the scabs in the cage, even while paying to support them.
MMA fans are a pretty insignificant share of the viewer base - and probably already watch the fights illegally - so no one cares about them.
And the really hardcore MMA fans have no standards whatsoever and will watch anything that remotely resembles a fight - they're the reason WMMA is a thing, even though it was basically unwatchable eye-cancer 4-6 years ago (the last time I watched WMMA), so they'll also watch whoever the UFC shoves into the cage, regardless of talent.

In other words, it probably wouldn't make much of a difference.

Dana would setup interim title fights and sell the hell out it.

Fighters 11-20 would get upgraded and fight their hearts out to prove themselves worthy of the new ranking for less money

We'd just be left watching cards with lesser names on it! The fighters on strike would eventually come back when their money starts to run out, if Dana would even allow them to return! The UFC is already a well established business and have made it clear on many occasions, no one is bigger than the brand! Unfortunately the UFC will always win and the fighters will always be the ones to suffer!

Dana would strip all the champions and take everyone ranked 10-20 and now make them the new top 10 with new championship fights happening on free tv...then there defenses on PPV .

And why ..because ..Dana-White-Money.jpg 227096697-Stephen_Curry_Soon.jpg safe-image.jpg

Except they'll be those in the top 10 who rightfully couldn't give a flying fuck about someone else's pay and will continue to fight.

Sherdog setting up a gofundme with how much they bitch about fighter pay on here would probably have better results.

Huh? This happens a lot anyway. Some guys only fight 1 or 2 times a year, so it is not like there would be much difference. It would just mean more opportunities for lower ranked fighters, as more of them would get to fight on the main card.

Eventually everyone would come back to a division that has changed a lot with a new top 10, and they would have to work their way back to the top 10.
