I have to agree with Anderson, not that I didn't think this before, but outside of the Whittaker rematch, if he beats him again, I don't REALLY see anyone beating him. Another thing is that Jan fight has somehow managed to skew the perception of what it takes to beat Izzy SO much that I find it hilarious. Jan has something nobody at 185 has, and that's a MUCH bigger frame, and striking on par with Izzy.
People really think that because Jan, who was probably 220+ on the night was able to take him down, and hold him down that that's the HOLE in Izzy's game that these much smaller Middleweights can exploit and it just doesn't work that way.
Darren Till's output very much sees him lose a decision. A technical fight yes, but Izzy's far more active in terms of Strikes thrown, DEFINITELY in terms of variety, and Darren isn't gonna press the issue with Wrestling/Grappling so this fight is essentially a Kickboxing contest.
Derek Brunson already got smoked in spectacular fashion, and despite training at Samford his Cardio looks like it's seeing diminishing returns, and he's getting up there in age.
Jarod Cannoneir is likely to get styled on as well, and it's either KO or Bust. He fancies himself an "Intelligent Striker" not gonna argue against it, but he's not beating Izzy at ANY range in the striking, and much like Till, I DOUBT he'll press the issue with grappling.
Robert is the best chance, after that, it's looking pretty grim, and I don't think I need to go on he already beat Costa, and beat Marvin twice.
