many years ago I discovered a problem. fighters were hyped in their prime. rightly. but every time they started losing, their legacy was questioned. why? because the new young fans had no idea about the previous rankings.

therefore i had the idea to research which fighter had how many top 10 victories (top 10 opponents at the time of the fight) to determine who had the most qualitative victories. Although I used several (really) reputable sources and never violated the usage guidelines, although my threads were very well received and had to be re-created several times because they exceeded all limits, I was blocked and my threads completely deleted without any explanation. Why?

Because the mods here are Nazis. I laugh when right wingers in the War Room complain about Twitter censorship.

good thing you are confident that you're not getting the banhammer for this comment, huh?

Site migration of a few years back deleted a lot of threads. I remember your lists. They were good, useful. Big ups.

So who has the most top 10 wins? It was Silva, then GSP but I'm thinking Jones.

Legacy is a thing in popular mainstream sports. Nobody cares about legacy in curling except hardcore fans. The same is true about MMA.

Money is, effectively, the only legacy and somewhat reliable thing you can have. Business partners, friends, fans - they can all change their mind and turn on you. And, before you know it, all your wins will be discredited anyway. So just get paid and don't worry about the rest.
