My apologies if this had been posted but to me this looks like Dustin is going to wait around again for another Conor fight mega payday and forgo the LW title.

I was talking to @Orochimaru 大蛇丸 the other day and I mentioned to him I believe ever since the Hooker fight Dustin has been money over everything.
- was going to fight to sign Chandler until he saw what Chandler was making and refused the fight
- turned down a title fight in order to fight Conor in a rematch
- he said he's down to fight Nate at 185. Another mega payday
- now his manager is telling him to sit while he's on fire professionally?

I think Dustin is finally, fully all about the Benjamins over fighting, beating and being the best.

Any other thoughts?

I guess he should do what's best for him and get the money...

But I really want to see him fight Do Bronx so I hope he takes that fight.

I still think there is a good chance he fights for the title, the UFC just might have to sweeten the pot some more, if not it would really suck to have the 2 best LW's (Khabib and Dustin) not fighting for the belt

But yeah either way I don't think he cares about the belt much, he already won the interim, and I think he just over the circus of everything. He wants 1-3 more big paydays and then wants to get out.

Tony actually started acting more money oriented after he won the interim title. DW has always pushed the idea that the title is important because that means a pay boost but it seems fighters are trying to cash in on their popularity over the promotion's PR........

Jake Paul style. I said it.

Dustin Charles next, Justin has gone AWOL since Khabib took his soul, he’s just doing condom commercials now, and he needs at least another win before a title shot.

LW is getting a bit messed up since this whole Dustin Conor feud, and it’s not good for Charles. He is at the top but no one cares, I hope he doesn’t fall into a forgotten champ scenario

Dustin's fighting for the belt, all this other crap people are talking is just talk.

If Charles fights Dustin and loses, then Charlie might fall into the forgotten category with a one and done scenario.

For most fighters it still is, but there will always be a select few like Conor that sells so much they have more power than they should from a sport perspective

MMA is the same as Pro Wrestling as a business, always has been, always will be

Weird. If Dustin can win the fight he's put in his dues and deserves the strap. Charles isn't going to just keel over and die and it's going to be a great fight IMO. I do not want to see Justin skip the line on a loss.
