Tony not only seems washed, but he seems uninterested in winning at this point in his career. TBH I don’t see him beating anyone in the LW Top 15.

I could maybe see him beating Joe Lauzon or Clay Guida, but that’s about it.

What do you think?

Idek tbh and I'm a Tony fan, his days of striking approaches are pretty much over. He's too slow now with too little power, and no offensive wrestling. He would basically have to pull guard and throw sole hail Mary's up. I afraid to say he may no longer have ANY paths to victory

At lightweight? Nobody in the top 15. Tony is cooked.

maybe he can beat a Cerrone at 170, guys like that. But 155 has too many sharks.

Dan Hooker

Get him dan Hooker next, neither has quit in them, sounds like a nice 3 round war.

Tony has been getting out grappled bad his last two fights.. he needs to get put into a stand up war.. I think he would match up and beat Dober or Kevin Lee.. but I could be wrong.. he may have gone 100% Woodley on us.

He looks way too slow and gets outmuscled easily. I don't see him winning a striking match against pretty much anyone, he could pull a sub I guess but not a given. He should call it a career tbh.

No one in the top 10. Gaethje took Tony’s fighting spirit. Oliveira and Dariush just cemented it even more. Tony’s doing being an elite fighter, it’s unfortunate and a bit depressing to see a fan favourite career go plummet like that but that’s just the way it is...

I would say Hooker is the best matchup out of top guys but even then it’s gonna be close imo. Kevin Lee was dominating prime Tony on the ground till the sub and these days Tony would just freeze.

tony's brain wasn't in the best shape going in...
to the Justin bashing
now it just scrambled eggs.
the brain damage is done

Simply don't see him winning again.

Tony Has dealt with mental health issues in the past.. I think he is in a funk right now.. But I don't think he has gone full woodley on us just yet, I do hope the UFC is smart and matches him up with someone with decent name value but hopefully outside the top 15 so he can get back to his winning ways.. even though he is getting close to 40 I believe that he still has some fight left in him.. He just really got bogged down once he lost the title shot.. I think that is what has psyched him out the most.
