Perry has devolved into a striker who can't strike

What happened to this guy? He used to be pretty fast and had some crisp combinations. His wrestling isnt much better, he just muscles takedowns without a particularly strong top game. Once his cardio goes he cant wrestle either.

Perry used to be a very exciting fighter to watch. He was quick and had heavy hands. He Was far from being the most technical striker, but he still brought it. However, his last couple performances haven’t even looked like him. He walks around flat footed with his hands low. He got absolutely pieced up on the feet by Mickey Gall of all people, and today he looked even worse. I don’t know how someone can actually regress that much. Possible brain damage?
