I think the real thing is that Dan Hardy lost fought in 2012 and it's 2021. And they've been in the UK for a long time and are no longer expanding there. So, the 2 reasons that they hired him haven't been the case for almost.. 10 years. He doesn't bring anything to the table and hasn't done so in a long time. I'm surprised they've kept him as long as they have.

DC just retired, Cruz is about to retire. DC is a legend and also fun to listen to. Cruz is incredibly intelligent and good at analysis. So, they bring other things to the table beyond just their name while they were fighting. Then you have Rashad Evans. Michael Bisping.

Is it gonna be 2030 and these guys are still around? 2040? That's hard to imagine. The UFC will want to replace them with fresher names; there's reasons that fighters from 1995-2020 aren't commentators anymore: no one cares about them anymore. At the same time, why would you ever quit a UFC commentating job. So, eventually it seems like all these guys will wear out their welcome and the UFC will find reasons to get rid of them. How long will these guys be around?
