Did Izzy cut weight?

Honestly I didn’t see a huge size difference between Izzy and Jan. I doubt he was only 200 pounds in the octagon. Izzy is a weird guy and I wouldn’t be surprised if he cut like 10 pounds just for show.

Jan was probably somewhere between 220 and 230. Izzy hold his own in the clinch, he didn’t really have a speed advantage and Jan said he hit hard. I would guess he might’ve been around 210-215 in there.

I don't think he cut weight no, he probably lost weight during fight camp due to doing cardio to get into fight shape, but that's not really cutting.

Well he told in the interviews that he wants to everything the same as he usually does. To have it like a ritual and to prepare himself. All of his teammates were cutting weight, so he might have done as well. If he cuts to 185 regularly and don’t see a problem to cut to 200 just to prove a point
