Unlike Jones who refused to fight Shale on a short notice, Khabib said I will fight King Kong on the most critical moment of his professional career when Tony tripped on a wire and got injured, which also means he didn’t duck anyone in particular as the common narrative on this Sherdog! Khabib is the real goat because he didn’t shy from a middle weight, do u agree or what?

The supposed 'GOAT JONES' was shook to fight Chael on short notice who he DWARFED in a first in UFC history and Khabib's taking on ALL comers as late as 24 hours notice. Jones was juicing too and still shook of midget Chael LOL.

Neither guy ducked the other; the fight was just cursed never to happen. They were both responsible at times, Tony more so than Khabib.

Neither were responsible, it was cursed. It just sucks for Khabib and Tony the fight never happened when it should have. It would of been great for Khabib who doesn't have that many wins against top opposition (relative to title holders who had long reigns).

Khabib was all set to fight Tony until Tony got hurt, not sure why people say he ducked him. Reality is Khabib is 155lb fighter period end, move on.

JBG just wanted such a faithful disciple in Tony’s first loss to be by massacre rather than gentle submission.

I'm mind boggled whenever I hear shedoggers say either one of them ducked.
When you accept a fight and are booked to fight - that's it - you did not duck.

So insane to think a fighter would accept the fight, sit through the bout agreement with the UFC and their manager, go through a camp, and then fake an injury to chicken out of the fight at the last minute - only to accept the same fight again multiple times. I mean it's not physically impossible - but it's a ridiculous theory to put forth if you don't have any proof.

If anyone thinks Khabib of Tony ducked anyone in their career at 155 you're smoking crack and should put the pipe down while you can. Get help.... There are programs.

When I argued that Khabib didn't have the guts to fight at 170 and Conor had more wins at 170 than Khabib, hit nut huggers argued and told me Khabib has fought and won at 170 early in his career. So, which is it? Is he only a 155 pound fighter or is it he doesn't want to risk his "Oh" against elite 170 pounders? Because it's well documented his issues with making 155.

How about GSP fights Luke or Izzy or Jones fight Francis without roids and Usman fights MW?

How about GSP already fought an exLHW for the MW belt. Oh, I get it..He won when he moved up. It only counts if he would have lost, right?

Whereas Khabib still won’t fight a 40 year old GSP. Unless he gets the additional advantage of draining him down to 155.
