I've literally predicted this as soon as I was watching it at the pub.

I've had a feeling, Michael chandler was going to give Hooker a Hook like Masvidal with the 5 seconds, it turned out to be kinda accurate. even though I've never seen Him fight, only heard of the dude like 2 weeks ago from a Bellator video (thumbnail)

I've also had a gut feeling, that Dustin was underestimated and how he's going to win the fight, How Conor was a bit soft, and I had a feeling the two of them would've gone to war in the 5 rounds.

I was shocked to discover, I should've listened to my gut. I expected McGregor to win but not in the way he was in the good ole days. takes more than a 1st round to beat Poirier since he seems to have quite a record after 2014.

I do however wish Conor my deep respect for Him, He seemed to be humble and more in peace with Himself. I understand he's a trash talker, but after trash talking Khabib, I bet he decided to retire the trash talk.

What were all of your gut feelings, throughout the fight?

I did. That's why I bet on him. It was a just for fun bet though no real amount of money but now I wish I had lol

I saw Dustin winning, but not by TKO in the 2nd.

I said he’d daze Connor and submit him in the 4th or 5 round.

When Conor wasn’t as imposing in the 2nd and Dustin was starting to time him more and look comfortable I felt like some kinda flurry was gonna land for Dustin and stun Conor. This was before I really gave the landed calf kicks that much attention. Just felt like it was starting to get too back and forth and Conor wasn’t doing much new to tide the fight his way.

I should've betted on Michael, I've had my chance to make some money, even though I'm not a betting guy.

4/4 on the night, including one of the most glorious destructions ever. Bye Bye McTapper, you won't be missed.

im pretty much a casual now, but dp is one of the few fighters I still follow- because of the man he is. I knew he would win and said as much.

I knew conor shouldn't have been as big a favorite once I saw the behind the scenes stuff. Dustin trained with fighters, conor was training with yes men

I've had that gut feeling all along that Dustin will finish Conor in this fight, all it takes is get him passed the 1st round. I always knew it. But props to Conor for actually having a fight in 2021. You can see his passion is back all week.

I don't bet fights, but as the fight got closer and closer, I started leaning towards Poirer more and more.

When the fight was announced I favored Conor 60/40.

Then a week before I favored Conor 55/45.

After seeing the weigh in, I had it even 50/50. I knew that it would not go the distance because Dustin is also a finisher, and if Nate can finish Conor in the second round, Dustin can too.

Yeah same here. I was expecting Dustin to mix it up like he did and try to tire out Conor but did not expect Porier to KTFO Conor that early. Makes it an even better win than how I imagined.
