In b 4 everyone says 2005. This was the year I started watching TUF on Spike because it was after WWF. I would watch old fights on tv and whatever aired live on tv but never the PPVs until 09.

I have two favorite era’s.

The first is right after the UFC absorbed pride and we got to see a slew of super fights and never before seen matches

The next believe it or not was the Jones and McGregor Era. Time of UFC megastars

Same. 2013 the UFC stooped to charging for amateur level bullshit. So 2012 was the end of the best era

Coleman vs Bonnar. Mark didn't look great but it was good to see him get his last win. Also I do not like bonnar at all, not even a little.

It was actually really surprising at the time. Some even think if Shogun didn't get the stoppage in their fight Mark might have beat him too.

machida vs shogun 1 is the first fight that comes to my mind when I hear the term MMA.
