I’m not sure how I’m picturing this but if he was basically a baby muscle monkey how would he do? I suppose he would just have a shrunken torso with his head and legs staying the same.
Or maybe he’d have the same arms and torso but have little baby spongebob feet.
I’ll draw up a picture of how I’m envisioning it but you get the idea. He’d also have a napoleon complex so he’d probably be a nasty little fucker.

If he is still 300lbs but now is 5 foot nothing he would actually be harder to fight as he would be thick as shit at 6 foot 4 you can maybe attack his legs, but they would be tree stumps if he was 5 feet tall and same weight. I guess he would be easier to jab with shorter arms nd height but you certainly don't want to wrestle a 5 foot tall 300lb brock. He would also have no neck to choke eh would be able to take a heavy shot

The OP said half his height, so closer to 3 feet than to 5. At that height, I say he's much more susceptible to head kicks, but even so, I'm pretty sure he'd take me down and pound me out when I attempted one.
