Is Chiesa/Magny 3 rounds or 5 rounds?

I heard its the new main event for the Chimaev/Edwards card after it got scrapped

Chiesa is currently the underdog but i like his odds for a 3 rounder. Anyone knows?
 
I don't know about this one for sure but I'm pretty sure fights that were originally three stay three even when they get bumped up to ME status.

Depends on if the fighters decide to Change the fights terms, but with this much notice it'll definitely be 5.

Not necessarily, it depends. I think if both fighters agree to a 5 rounds they change it to 5. For instance the UFC asked Anthony Smith and Devon Clark what they wanted and they both said 5 rounds. They asked Kattar and Zabit and Zabit's team wouldn't accept a 5 round fight which was why it was kinda funny that Kattar was looking to run away with the fight.
 
Magny wins this, possibly by stoppage.
I don’t think Chiesa gets it to the ground at all, but let’s see..
