Nothing too crazy in terms of subs this year really. I'd give it to Flick because of the slick guard pull to triangle which is pretty uncommon to see nowadays. Also would consider Khabib because of the significance of the fight, the caliber of the opponent and the sequence previous to the sub itself.

Flying triangle was awesome, coming right off a caught kick. Probably should win it.

But if you’re taking into account context, then Khabib all day. It was impeccable takedown->level change->position change->mount->triangle chain wrestling that once-a-fuckin-gain showed how much better Khabib is as a grappler than everyone else.
