Korean Zombie is super popular without a doubt and I remember a Korean judoka who fought Karo Parisyan long ago but I don't remember what happened to him but there was a big talk about him back in the day. I heard that they got some decent up in comers but are not UFC ready yet.

Meanwhile, I am curios to know, so far who was the best Korean fighter and what was their base style?

You're thinking of Dong Hyun Kim, who was pretty damn good. He was a legit contender at 170 for awhile there. It's definitely between him and Zombie. I really thought the Korean Superboy Doo-Ho Choi was gonna reach that level as well, but he fizzled out hard.

Karo won but failed for narcotics and it became no contest.
 
Benson Henderson is half Korean. His mother is Korean and he was a UFC champion.

If he doesn't count and we are just talking guys from Korea, it's gotta be Korean Zombie. He has fought for the title, beat a lot of ranked fighters and has been ranked for so many years now.

Forgot all about him. He is one of the best for sure. Very good fighter and very underrated
 
Zombie fairly comfortably, then Kim comfortably again, probably Doo Ho Choi a distant third.

It’s this. People keep saying Akiyama, but as cool as he was he doesn’t hold a candle to KZ. Plus if I remember correctly, he’s half Japanese which puts him in the same category as Bendo. KZ is easily the best 100% Korean fighter
 
Sexyama is great in his own way.

KZ is pretty good.
