If I understand right he only has one fight left on his contract.

What do you see for him ? A rematch ? Tony ferguson ? RDA ? Thompson ?

Or a fresh matchup like Hooker or Felder ?

Ok thanks for clearing that up. I think it's bellator and the Bendo re rematch then
He should move down to LW and fight this guy: Damir Ismagulov - Wikipedia
If he loses, it'll be great name value on a serious prospect's resume(to build up more than resume-wise)
If he wins this, then he has a serious chance to shoot for a title again.

As long as he stays at WW, he is wasting his own time.

I understand he wants the Tony fight back, but he could have also pitched Wonderboy

either way, both those fights could headline a Fight Night or possibly co-main a PPV

Pettis just fought his last fight on his current UFC deal. He is in very good shape going into contract negotiations as he has been winning (his last 2 in a row). His little brother is already at Bellator, but they can't pay the money that Anthony Pettis commands.

He is a true pioneer in the sport and the UFC is the only place that can not only pay him the money he deserves but give him the fights that the fans want to see as well. He is a championship gatekeeper, and he is still very young in his MMA career at 33 years of age. Pettis just seems old because he has been knocking mo fo's out for years.

The "super kick" was 10 years ago my fellow sher bros!

I think the Ferguson rematch would be a good one. It was an entertaining first fight.

Did you read that reddit thread saying Pettis was going to PFL and Roufus Sports was gonna link up with Bellator? haha
Haha guilty, but I don't recall the roufussport/bellator thing. Just recall that there were rumblings of a few of his guys that wanted to try their hand at the PFL tournament

Don’t know but if he ends his career with a showtime kick ko it’ll be the greatest ending in the history of sport

Haha. Ttat's the only place I heard about Pettis and PFL until Helwani and DC talked about it being a possibility on t heir podcast.

It makes sense. He probs goes to 155 and wins the million dollar tournament. Then Bellator oand One would throw money at him to sign.

Would be a good fight for Damir, dunno if he deserves it tho, Pettis vs hooker/Chandler loser or Rafael Fiziev would be fire, I think he returns to 155 for his last 1.

Well hes out so never mind my last comment Haha. Pettis vs bendo 10 in bellator next.
