Honestly man it is debatable with his resumé. Pride juicer were double his size and don’t get me wrong they’re some of my favorite fighters. Hell you could say Barao was #1 Brasil at one point.

Aldo stuffed nearly all of prime Edgar and prime Mendes’ TDs in 4 fights. He got up within seconds when taken down. He ragdolled prime KZ, Hominick, Mike Brown, Gamburyan, etc

The only time anyone ever got Aldo down was very late in fights when he had basically already won and was starting to slow. Even then, they couldn't do shit to him on the ground.

When you're shrugging off someone like prime Frankie as if he's a child, then you have amazing fucking wrestling.

And before the UFC he used his grappling more offensively as well. No one could stop the guy.
