Was it Edwards who declined to fight WB?

Edwards turned him down . Forgot the excuse, something about it didn't make sense. He knew he was getting 50-45'd

High risk low reward for Edwards and now we know why.

I rooted for Neal, but no doubt Wonderboy would’ve pieced Edwards up.

I can't remember where I heard, I think it was Ariel. Leon refused 4 or 5 opponents before they offered Khamzat. He said no and was taken out of the rankings. Thats how he got the fight with him. I wouldn't take Leon Scott too seriously at this point. Khamzat will get out stricken on the feet and maul him once he gets frustrated.

I doubt Leon Scott has been working on takedown defense during quarantine.

Don't understand why he would turn that fight down to be honest...it was a good win if he beats Wonderboy...and inches him closer to the title...

He probably only wanted Mas or title call

Smart move from Leon. Styles make fights and Wonderboy is a nightmare for the majority of the division

Edward's most exciting fight was getting pieced up backstage by Jesus

It was the other way around wasn't it?

Edwards turned Wonderboy down in October. This article is from early September saying WB doesn't want to fight Edwards.

"Not really,” Thompson told “Submission Radio” on fighting Edwards. “If I were to be honest, if he ever comes back, Nick Diaz would be a really good fight. Interesting fight for sure.
