GSP might have two defeats, but his strenght of schedule is unmatched by anyone else in the sport's history, and that alone puts him above Khabib. Plus he fought a bunch of all-time greats, he's a two time WW champion and a one time MW champion.
He fought killers his entire career, and humiliated most of them.
I like Khabib a lot, and have him in my top 5, but GSP is the solid #1 GOAT, without questions, and followed by The Last Emperor.

Biased opinion will vary! As someone who is neutral, I think khabibie has better record because he didn’t receive much damage and dominated his foes at a unbelievable paste and got better every fight and fought during prime USADA and... let the flame begin!
